    Malampuzha Garden - Malampuzha Garden is the prime attraction of the town and has been given the title of ‘Vrindavan of Kerala’. Flower beds, pools, fountains and green lawns are the main attractions in the garden. There is an artificial canal, where pedal boat rides can be enjoyed. A Japanese style garden is also located within the premises of the Malampuzha Garden. The fish shaped aquarium, Children’s Park, Snake Park and passenger ropeway are other important attractions of the park. The Rock Garden has been created using waste and unwanted material like broken tiles, bangles, tins and plastic cans. It was developed by a renowned sculptor Padmashree Neck Chand Saini, who is also the creator of the famous Rock Garden in Chandigarh. The major attraction of the Malampuzha Garden is the concrete statue of Yakshi, a legendary enchantress. It was constructed by the renowned sculptor of Kerala, Kanayi Kunhiraman. The statue has been carved out of a single piece of granite. The Snake Park is a popular tourist attraction within the Malampuzha Garden. It has both poisonous as well as non-poisonous snakes. The Forest Department manages the park and also makes necessary arrangements for the safety of tourists.

     

    Malampuzha Dam - Malampuzha Dam has been constructed across the Malampuzha River, which is a tributary of Kerala’s longest river, Bharathapuzha. It is situated in the Western Ghats and serves Malampuzha and the adjoining villages. The construction of the dam was started in 1949 and was completed after 6 years. The site is popular for boating and fishing.

     

    Thread Garden - Thread Garden is situated in proximity to the Fantasy Park of the Malampuzha town. The garden was constructed with the assistance of Antony Joseph. It has a diverse collection of flowers and plants that are not real. These plants and flowers have been designed using colourful embroidery threads and were woven by hands.
